Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales on globexiptv.com are considered final.

1. General Policy

We do not guarantee refunds once the service has been activated or accessed.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may ONLY be considered if:

  • Service was not delivered
  • Technical issues prevent activation and cannot be resolved
  • Duplicate payment occurred

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Service has been used or activated
  • Issues are related to internet connection, device compatibility, or user setup
  • Customer misunderstood the service
  • Channel availability changes

4. Request Procedure

  • Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • Proof of payment is required

5. Processing

Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on Stripe or PayPal processing times.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.
